Guest Speaker: Ingrid Seim

Our Guest speaker is Ingrid Seim, Vice President of Network Cork and owner of Avenues Consultancy & Coaching – www.avenues.ie. Ingrid will speak about Network Cork as well as the importance of networking, and how to master it. The second topic will be on how we can identify and deal with Impostor Syndrome.  At least 70% of us will experience impostor syndrome in our lives. You doubt your accomplishment, don’t feel as accomplished or clever as others and fear being exposed as a fraud. Ingrid explores the reasons behind why we feel this way, and provides practical tips and guidance on how to overcome it.
