Objectives

This course is designed to walk you through the new features and tools available on Facebook, be aware of how social media is changing and know how to use Facebook to market your business effectively for 2023.

• Using your new business home page
• Liking pages as your business just got easier – why and how to do that
• Joining groups as your business page
• A walk through the new business page layout and how to access existing and new features
• The evolution of social media and how TikTok is changing how people use social media channels like Facebook
• How you can tap into the new way of social media marketing
• Q&A throughout

Pre-requisites

You should bring your laptop to this course to be able to participate in the practical elements. It is important that you have an existing Facebook account and business page.
