- Safely adapting and maintaining the premises
- Checklist and maintaining customer standards
- Dealing with a suspected case of COVID-19 considering Customer Care
- Minimising spread of COVID-19 transmission whilst maintaining Customer care standards

Module 3: Customer Care & Re-opening Safely
- COVID-19 Safety Policy
- How to protect customers when re-opening (retailers, bars, cafes, restaurants, hotels)
- Guidelines for ensuring customer care post Covid-19
- Improving customer experience during COVID-19
