Maria’s business MT Reconnect is a new HR consultancy and outsourcing service for companies and individuals who want to challenge their thinking and change behaviour to get the better results, enable success and increase performance – reconnect and empower people. Specifically, she offers bespoke HR and strengths based coaching solutions for individuals and business to help manage performance, communication and culture.
In tandem with starting the Cumas programme in January 2017, Maria also completed her accredited qualification for executive coaching. Maria credits the Cumas programme with offering practical and hands on support as well as a space to reflect at a time when she needed it.

While Maria was adept in the world of HR, she had less awareness about the financial aspects of running her own business such as cash flow, projections and business planning.

Maria is now trading fully and is building up her client base from one main client with over fifty staff, as well as with a number of one to one coaching clients.
